As a Halifax Nova Scotia based wedding photographer, I'm dedicated to capturing love stories worldwide for couples who prioritize creativity, intentionality and nostalgia on their special day. My approach to photography is rooted in storytelling, drawing inspiration from the unique spark that makes your love story yours. My greatest hope is to capture these moments authentically - I exist to create romantic images that will allow you to relive your best moments over and over again. My eye for unique artistry allows me to create timeless keepsakes that my clients can cherish for a lifetime + that will last generations to come.

After you sign your contract and pay your 25% retainer, it’s official - your date is locked in, and the fun begins! From here, we’ll start planning all the details to ensure your experience is seamless, stress-free, and filled with joy.

I live in Halifax Nova Scotia, and am available Canada-wide + internationally too! As an avid and frequent traveller, there's nothing more exciting for me than being able to combine the three things I'm most passionate about; weddings, photography & travel. Reach out to inquire about my travel rates.
Travel up to 100km is included in all wedding collections. A travel fee of $0.70/km (2024 CRA mileage rate) applies to all bookings that require over 100km of travel. Depending on distance + size of package, some Maritimes weddings require a 1 or 2 night hotel stay.
My average couple spends about $4800-6200 + hst locally.
My turnaround time is 2-4 weeks for couples/engagements and 8-10 weeks for elopements + weddings. For weddings + elopements you can expect a small sneak peek gallery within 2-5 days. All photos will be delivered via a personal online gallery which includes a storefront for prints, canvas' etc.
Send me an inquiry through my contact form, or shoot me an email and we'll chat/figure out the best package for you! I'll send you my contract to sign, you'll send me a 25% retainer fee towards your owing amount to secure your date, and then it's official! :)

Oh my goodness.. Where to even begin? Shaina was the second best thing I did for my wedding, the first being my fiancé lol. As soon as I saw her post I knew it was a sealed deal but I had no idea what was to come. Shaina had me feeling so confident in my decision everyday leading up to my wedding. She helped me timeline my day literally down to the minutes. She timed how long it would take to get to specific locations to make sure we made the most of our time together. She was just as invested in my wedding as I was and it showed. Shaina flew here two days before my wedding and took an incredible second photographer with her, Kat! So the day before my wedding, Shaina and Kat are going to different popular photo locations to scope them out (This was such a sweet surprise that made me realize she was going above and beyond before the day even began). Shaina also helped my videographer and Kat move a marble table to make the shot. (That thing had to be hundreds and hundreds of pounds) Shaina and my videographer hit it off immediately and they worked flawlessly together alongside Kat. They were so respectful and so fun. It felt like Adam and I were hanging out with friends our entire wedding day. THEN? She stayed later than anticipated and made sure she got the last shot I asked for. Which was cutting the cake because my best friend's nana made it and it was so special for me to have a photo of that for her. Shaina had no idea that that shot was special to me - she stayed because she cared about making me happy. She made me feel so at ease even when she was waiting on me.
