As a photographer living in Nova Scotia Canada, I flew over 2400 miles in order to attend the Deep In the Heart Retreat in East Texas. Owner/host Alison Bien is known for her breathtaking styled shoots and I swooned when seeing the mood-board for this shoot in particular. Needless to say, it was more than worth the travel! Alison left no stone unturned when it came to perfecting this styled shoot; the attention to detail was truly impeccable and everything came together beautifully.

Already-married-couple Jasiel and Joseph, who love to occasionally model,  jumped at the opportunity to get in front of the camera again for this intimate modern boho styled shoot.  

The colour palette incorporated clean, timeless neutrals with bold, earthy emeralds. The dark details made for a perfect and unique contrast against the light & airy shades.
